Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated, competitive, and personable Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing insurance agency in Suffolk, VA.

This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and working toward measurable goals. Leads are provided, so your primary focus will be contacting prospective customers, identifying their insurance needs, providing quotes, and converting opportunities into new business.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
No weekends

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with provided leads
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other Property & Casualty insurance products
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Make outbound sales calls and consistently follow up with prospective customers
  • Build relationships with new customers and provide an excellent sales experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals
  • Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings

Licensing

A Property & Casualty Insurance License is not required to apply. However, obtaining and maintaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License will be required within the designated timeframe after hire. Candidates must be willing and able to complete the required licensing process.
